This paper examines travel agency employees' perception of organizational justice and their consequent attitude and participation behavior. For this purpose, three types of employees' perceived justices are proposed to affect job satisfaction and organizational trust and consequently to influence employee participation behaviors. This study, Which used data from travel agency employees, showed acceptable data-fit of proposed model and supported seven of the nine research hypotheses. The empirical results indicated that procedural justice and interactional justice take effect on job satisfaction and organizational trust, and the job satisfaction and organizational trust in turn have strong influence on employees' participation behaviors, and organizational trust take effect on job satisfaction. It was confirmed that both job satisfaction and organizational trust variables are effective mediators linking employees' organizational justices(procedural justice, interactional justice) and their participation behavior. In depth discussion on implications, limitations, and future research directions were supplied.
