한국경제의 재구축과 중소기업의 역할

In this paper it is made clear that reconstruction of Korean economy is now a needed meaning and role of small-&-medium sized enterprises in macroeconomy by using the analysis of "basic loop". It is a new analytical concept of an economy. Also the economic role of venture business and venture capital in the process of reconstruction is analysed and some political proposals are made. The main result of this paper are following: The first is that Korean economy seem to be better in comparison with the situation during the periods of currency crisis but there are still structural problems to be cured in the Korean economy. The second is that small-&-medium sized enterprises have to construct organic relations with major enterprises from a point of a whole macroeconomy. The third is that it is necessary for Korean economy to take a cautious attitude to liberalization of finance and to promote small-&-medium sized enterprises activities. The fourth is that the reform of Korean economy has to be achieved in pursuit of Korean capitalism.
