Especially, this study examined self-efficacy as a moderator on the relationships between the quality of leader-member exchange and organizational citizenship behavior. Both of the quality of leader-member exchange and self-efficacy had significant relationships on the organizational citizenship behavior. This study measured the moderating effect of self-efficacy using hierarchical regression method. This study revealed that respondents with strong self-efficacy reacted more positively in terms of altruism than did those reporting low levels of efficacy.
