초록
본 연구는 급변하는 기업환경의 변화에 따라서 대두되고 있는 복잡성과 이를 수반하는 불확실성을 연구분석함으로써, 이들을 해결할 수 있는 접근법과 접근법이 기반하고 있는 기본원리를 문헌조사를 통하여 비교 연구하고자 함을 주목적으로 하고 있다. 그러나 경영의 불확실성을 일으키는 원인들에 여러 가지 유형이 있으므로 이런 여러 종류를 분류하고 그 차이점을 비교 분석함을 부차적 목적으로 하고 있다. 지금까지 기업환경의 복잡성에 대한 연구들은 학자에 따라서, 또한 분석하고자 하는 관점과 분석의 틀에 따라서 여러 가지로 진행되어 왔다. 하지만 이들 연구들을 접근법과 기본원리의 전범전환이란 관점에서 종합적으로 분석하는 비교연구는 없었다. 그러므로 각각의 복잡성을 개념적 모형에 의하여 종합․비교하고, 이에 근거하여 현실의 복잡성을 해결할 수 있는 새로운 접근법과 기본원리를 제시하고자 한다. 그리고 이러한 복잡성과 이에 수반하는 불확실성을 분석하기 위하여 과학적 전범전환을 비교 종합의 틀로 사용하고자 한다.
Abstract
The purpose of the study is to analyze the complexity and its accompanying uncertainty of the turbulent corporate environment, thus comparing the approaches and their corresponding tenets appropriate to solve those kinds of the environmental complexity of corporate decision making by use of the literature survey. Therefore, the study builds up the conceptual model of complexity to classify complexity into four types, that is, detailed, dynamic, disorganized & organized complexity based on the two criteria, i.e., degree of vaguenessambiguity & degree of information deficiency. According to this conceptual model, three kinds of methodological paradigm shift are analyzed and synthesized with regard to those four types of complexity from the perspective of approaches i.e., analytic, probabilistic, systemic and fuzzy approaches and their corresponding basic tenets
