우리나라 창업보육센터의 발전방안

The purpose of this study is to assess the status, the prerformance and the organiztions of Business Incubators(BI) and to suggest the directions of the development of BI in Korea. For this purpose, this study examined 264 incubators sponsored by Korea Small and Medium Administration by questionnaire and researched 1) the operational status (in terms of the whole area and the pure area of BI, the number of tenants, the annaul operational expenses of BI, and the monthly fee of tenants), 2) the performances (in terms of sales amounts in domestic and foreign markets, the number of venture businesses, the acquisition of intellectual properties, the number of employees, and the number of graduates of ongoing businesses), and 3) the exclusive organizations (in terms of the number, the service years, and the salary amount of incubating managers, and the service years of director). And this study suggested the four policies to develop the Korea BI such as 1) the policy for self-sustainablity of BI, 2) the exclusive oraganizing policy for the operation of BI, 3) the linkage policy among the organizations for improving the performances of BI, and 4) the establishment policy for Post-BI.
