재활용 오브제를 이용한 텍스타일 디자인 연구

초록
18세기 시작된 산업혁명은 인간에게 기계화에 따른 대량생산의 편의를 제공하였을 뿐만 아니라 이에 따른 많은 사회문제 또한 가져다주었다.산업의 고도화와 과잉생산으로 인한 각종 산업폐기물과 쓰레기는 환경오염의 문제를 가져왔으며, 이에 대한 해결책으로 “재활용”문제가 새롭게 부각되었다. 이러한 “재활용”은 사회분야 뿐만 아니라 예술과 패션, 텍스타일 디자인 분야에서도 중요한 화두로 대두되었다.텍스타일 디자인에 있어서 재활용의 개념은 주로 기존 섬유소재나 다양한 오브제를 다시 사용함으로써 나타난다. 재활용 오브제를 이용한 새로운 텍스타일 소재는 자원의 재활용 측면에서 뿐만 아니라 보다 독창적이며 창의적인 소재 디자인 개발이라는 점에서 그 의미를 찾을 수 있다.재활용 오브제를 이용한 텍스타일 디자인 표현기법으로 중첩 프린팅(Over Printing)기법, 상감(Intarsia)기법, 워시 아웃(Wash-out)기법, 겹치기(Layered)기법, 코팅(Coating)기법 등이 연구되어졌으며 각 기법에 따른 구체적인 제작과정이 실례와 함께 제시되었다.
Abstract
The Industrial Revolution in the 18th century has provided not only the convenience of mechanism and mass-production but also the society problem for the human being. The problem of environmental pollution, which has come from the industrialization and the exhaustion of resources by the overproduction, has threatened the human being in various negative ways. That is why the "recycling" appeared significantly in the field of fashion and textile design as well as society.Recycling in the textile design means reusing ready-made fiber materials or making new fiber materials with various objects. And this recycling method provides creative and unique textile design.The various expression methods of textile design used by recycling materials are as follows : Over Printing method, Intarsia method, Wash-out method, Layered method, Coating method, Applique method, Quilting method, Patch work method etc.In this report the process of manufacture used by recycling materials is presented with various samples.
