두유산업의 품질관리에 관한 연구

The producing equipment is becoming the newest self-control office automation system by combining with computer. By doing so, food industry is able to make mass production, and the development of distribution channel make the production supply possible to many and unspecified persons in a shot time. Therefore, if there is a defect of food quality control, the damage causing by the defect becomes serious social problem than past time. To avoid this problem, PL(law of production responsibility) is carried into effect, and the defected production is collected by the recall system under the settling of PL. Hence, the quality control is getting important than any time before and after. This study shows that soy milk is holding people's higher interest than before so that the effective quality control for soy milk to correspond to environmental change is needed for enterprises and customers to trust for the quality of the food. Therefore, this study suggests a way to improve the effective quality control for soy milk. This study inquires into definition of quality and progression for history of quality control and it also consider restraint and environmental matter under the current law. Then, it analyzes managing point and a variable construction progress that can cause defect of quality in the middle of producing. In addition, this study analyzes the defect under the quality control based on collected data through many years, and classifies each case.First of all, the most important thing is to forecast incongruous quality in advance. Then, supposition dealing procedure and construction for data base is to be done because the incongruous quality that once happened can spread to another process to product. By doing so, we are able to forecast the incongruous quality based on the collected data so that we can control and forecast the defected quality by using monthly forcasting program.
