한국 대학생 창업동아리 결성현황과 활성화 방안

본 연구는 2002년 12월말 현재 중소기업청이 실태조사한 대학생 창업동아리 895개를 심도있게 빈도분석하고 대학생 창업동아리 활성화 방안을 제시하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 대학생 창업동아리 활성화 방안을 다음과 같이 제시한다.첫째, 대학생이 창업준비를 잘 하도록 실질적인 도움을 주어야 한다. 둘째, 대학생 창업이 사업화되도록 각 유관기관들은 창업의욕을 이끌어야 한다. 대학생 창업지원에 대해 각 유관기관들이 제 역할을 다 하도록 해야 한다. 셋째, 대학생과 각 유관기관 간 연계강화 프로그램이 진행되어야 한다. 대학생, 대학당국, 정부가 각각의 역할을 충실히 한다면, 대학생이 창업을 할 수 있는 좋은 기반 형성이 될 것으로 보인다. 넷째, 대학생 자신이 창업동아리 활성화에 노력하여야 한다. 기업가정신 의식 함양과 프로그램 개발, 이공계열과 경상계열의 연합, 유관기관 네트워크 활성화 등이 요구된다. 다섯째, 대학의 지원이 요구된다. 대학생이 목표의식을 갖고 미래를 준비하도록 창업을 유도해야 한다. 대학 교과과정을 창업실무 중심으로 개편해야 한다. 더 나아가 대학생의 창업참여 확대를 위해 창업활동을 학점으로 인정하는 학점인증제의 도입도 요구되고 있다. 여섯째, 정부의 지원이다. 학교기자재를 이용하여 교수나 학생이 기업화한 아이디어나 제품 등에 대해 지적소유권을 청구할 수 있는 권리를 학교에 인정해야 한다. 창업보육센터의 운영이 해당 대학에 인센티브가 될 수 있도록 제도화하는 방안들을 모색하여야 한다.
Abstract
The propose of this research is to suggest active schemes for college student inauguration of an enterprise. This research was done with analysis 895 parts of the college student inauguration of enterprise investigated by the Small and Medium Business Administration on actual state until the end of December, 2002. This research presents the schemes to show how to activate college student inauguration of an enterprise as following. First, must give substantial help to college student to be able to inaugurate an enterprise. Second, each institute should encourage college student with strong desire to let it be operated into industrialization. Third, must progress the program to strengthen the link between college students and each institute. Fourth, college students must try to activate the inauguration of an enterprise. This requires cultivating of entrepreneurship consciousness, developing programs, unifying between science and engineering department and ordinary department, and activating the network of related institutes. Fifth, support from colleges is required. Must derive college students to prepare their futures with having aims. Must reorganize the present college curriculums in terms of practicing the inauguration of an enterprise. Sixth, support from government is required. There should be some way to approve the Intellectual Property Rights on ideas or products industrialized by professors or students using school hardware. Must study on methods of how to institutionalize the operation of business incubator center so that it could work as incentive for the relevant colleges.
