호텔기업의 전산업무 연속성활동이 호텔시스템에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 서울 특 1,2급 호텔을 중심으로

호텔기업에서 프론트오피스시스템과 백오피스시스템의 유지관리 요인에 관하여 연구하는 논문이다. 연구의 주요한 목적은 연속성 관리에 관여하는 속성을 분석하여 호텔기업의 전산시스템 운영상 연속성을 유지하고 경영의 능률 향상에 기여하는 요인의 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 서울 중심으로 특 1,2급 호텔의 시스템 현황과 연속성 업무를 실증 조사하여 연속성의 두 가지 부분인 전산 업무연속성의 계획과 유지관리 요인으로 다중회귀분석과 Anova로 가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과 업무연속성 활동과 통제가 활성화될 수록 전산업무의 효율성을 개선하는 것으로 나타났다, 연속성 유지 및 계획 모두 유의한 정의 영향을 보였으나, 호텔 기업의 프론트오피스시스템과 백오피스시스템 모두 업무연속성 관리의 두 가지 변수에서 연속성계획보다 연속성유지관리에 큰 영향을 나타냈다.본 연구의 결론 및 시사점은 효과적 연속성 계획 및 유지관리 활동으로 호텔 기업이 입을 수 있는 정보시스템 장애 및 업무 중단의 피해를 최소화할 수 있는 이론적 방향을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is analyze factors and process in order to improve information business continuity in the hotel industry.For this study, we have conducted literature review on the following areas : hotel information systems, internal auditing, business continuity management, database.Business continuity management(BCM) has been by most IT departments of all sizes as being an essential strategic management.This study highlights hotel industry which focus on business continuity plan rather than business continuity management and integrated approach in hotel system.Also we might conclude that hotel industry take a serious view front office system improvement. This study shows that the validity and effectiveness of BCM is dependent on system process, data backup & recovery plan.This study will be useful for top management and information system auditor's review in the hotel industry.
