인터넷을 이용한 전자상거래의 활성화에 따라 디지털 상품의 유통이 점차 확대되고 있다. 그 가운데 가장 활성화된 음악 온라인 서비스로 해외에서는 냅스터를, 국내에서는 소리바다를 들 수 있다. 그러나 이와 같이 음악 온라인 서비스를 주도하는 P2P 기술도 저작권 보호가 되지 않아 음악 권리며, 소리바다는 법적인 공방이 진행중이다. 이러한 상황 속에서 유료화 또는 저작권 보호 모델은 P2P 기술의 가장 중요한 이슈가 되고 있으나 오랜 동안 적절한 해답을 찾지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서 제시된 저작권 보호 모델은 P2P를 통해 유통되는 디지털 음악의 저작권 보호를 위해 적절한 및 정보 공유의 특징을 가지고 있어 P2P 기술과는 가장 협력이 용이한 구조를 가지고 있으며, 유료화의 필수 사항인 음악 권리자 확인 구조, 음악 정품 인증 구조, 음악 보호 구조, 간접 음원 확보 효과 및 간접 유료화 효과를 제공한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 시스템은 P2P 기술의 경쟁력 유지를 위해 완전 유다. 이 시스템은 기존의 P2P 기술이 가지고 있는 장점들을 최대한 보존하면서 합법성을 갖추는 것을 목표로 한다.
Abstract
The distribution of digital product is increasing according t o the activation of Electronic Commerce on internet. Among that kind of usic services. Due to the lack of safe ty in digital product license control technology, the P2P technology is sued from the music company a nd owners. So, Napster is changed to fee-based service. In this issue of P2P(Peer to Peer) technology, but this problem still does no t 강 우 준 58solved completely. The proposed system in this paper is the cooperative model of DRM and P2P technology. The DRM technology proposed in this paper has the features of superdistribution an d information sharing, so it has the architecture to cooperate ea sily between these two technologies. I n t h i s p a p e r , w e p r o p o s e t h e d e s i g n o f o n - l i n e c i r c u l a t i o n s y s tem, which can activate on-line circulation of music digital product in EC based on fee and partially free of charge. This proposed system has the purpose to keep the merits of P2P technology and service legally.
