Recently the learning organization and most recently knowledge management have been increasing attention to the HRM practice, a traditional use of Human Resource Development (HRD) has a limitation to deal with "people problems" in organizations. The process of Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) is characterized by participants-driven integrative teamwork for dealing with various HR issues in organizations. Amidst this ongoing learning process of the HR practices, practitioners have noticed that SSM is a powerful methodology that has been used to improve the HR training and development towards participants-driven organizational change and learning.
