The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of the foodservice Entrepreneur's characteristic to the creation success and invitation. I made an analysis of domestic dining out industry Entrepreneur's. First this study showed that the Entrepreneur's confidence and risk taking ability made positive effect but did not influence the creation invitation. Second the Entrepreneur's reform and creativity affected the creation success and invitation positively. Third the Entrepreneur's building-up team will for through delegating authority did not make a positive effect but influenced positively to the creation invitation
