인터넷을 이용한 정치적 기본권 실현

The subject of this study is political right though Internet. First, Internet law needs to be understood in both its technical and economic context. The use of Internet is definde as the law that deals with the protection of individuals groups against violations of their internationally political rights, and with the promotion of these rights. Although we may hold very different ideas about the nature of society, communication and technological, it would not take long for most of us to agree that these media are pervasive features of medern everday life, especially political aspect.My aim of paper is to look afresh at the problems faced by organizations, groups and individuals using the internet and to demonstrate how these users make possible the direct democracy via virtual interactive communities, such as internet relay chat, news-groups, e-mail and the world wide web. The direct democracy under the ancient Greek slavery economic system had changed into the representative democracy of industrial economy and mass society. But I regard teledemocracy similar to direct democracy as a possible political system in the 21st century through internet's influence.Consequently the purpose of this paper is to study teledemocracy which is a political system in the information society. Democracy is study both a political ideology and a political system, so this paper deals with electronic Parliament and Electronic Party, Electronic Voting Forum, Cyber Hearing as the experiment for the teledemocracy in Korea.
