This study empirically examines the causal relationships between satisfaction and the intention to continuance using a holistic approach in mobile phone repurchasing. The results of this study offer several significant findings; 1) usability, convenience and connectivity significantly influence overall satisfaction, 2) usability and satisfaction affect intention to continuance and 3) convenience enhances usability. This study provides a set of guidelines to mobile communication equipment manufacturers and ICT (Information Communication Technology) vendors in developing effective strategies for technology diffusion.Even though Korea mobile phone market now reaches saturated point, usability, convenience and connectivity extend the product life cycle of mobile phone.
