부산광역시 소상공인 창업 및 경영실태 연구

초록
소상공업이란 중소기업 중에서도 상대적으로 규모가 작은 사업을 경영하는 것을 말한다. 이들이 경영하는 소상공업은 경제적․사회적으로 중요성이 매우 크다. 소상공업은 창업과 관련하여 고용을 창출하고, 기술혁신에 있어 간과할 수 없는 역할을 하고 있는 점이다. 본 연구는 지금까지 소외된 소상공업의 발전을 위해 부산지역에 한정하여 문헌연구 및 설문조사를 실시하여 이루어졌다. 실증조사에 있어서는 설문지를 작성하여 부산시내에 소재하고 있는 소상공업체를 직접 방문하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사의 자료로서는 전체 275사에 대한 응답을 받았으나 연구에 사용할 수 있는 자료는 265사이며, 나머지 10사는 자료가 불충분하여 연구에 사용할 수가 없었다. 연구결과에 의하면, 부산의 소상공업 발전을 위해서는 여러 가지 해결해야 할 문제점들이 노출되었다. 즉, 소상공업이 국가 및 지역경제 발전에 일익을 담당할 수 있는 필요성과 중요성을 느끼며, 국가 및 지방정부는 소상공업에 대한 깊은 관심을 가져야하고, 소상공인지원센터는 소상공업 발전에 기여한다는 사명감을 가지고 창업상담과 경영개선 지원을 아끼지 말아야 한다는 것이다.
Abstract
A micro enterprise is defined as a firm whose employees are less than ten in manufacturing business and less than four in retail and service business. Micro-enterprises play a critical role socially and economically. In particular, they create a large portion of jobs and play a considerable role in technological innovation. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the current state of startup and management of the micro enterprise in Busan Metropolitan Area. This research method used in this paper is questionnaire survey. This study is based on the analysis of 265 responses. The results of the analyses indicate that micro enterprises in Busan Metropolitan Area have manu serious problems. This research recommends that appropriate policy measures must be taken to resolve the problems and to foster the micro enterprises.
