경상남도 실업계 고등학교 종합발전방안

초록
이 연구는 경상남도 실업계 고등학교들이 사회적 여건의 변화에 능동적으로 대응하고, 실업계 고교 교육의 정체성을 확보하며, 실업계 고등학교의 발전 방안을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 이 연구에서는 실업계 고등학교 관련 문헌고찰, 경상남도 실업계 고등학교의 내․외부 환경 여건 분석, 지역사회의 인식 및 요구분석 등을 통해 경상남도 실업계 고등학교의 발전을 위한 전략적 준거를 마련하고, 이를 기초로 경상남도 실업계 고등학교의 발전을 위한 기본방향, 추진과제 및 세부추진과제, 단위학교별, 계열별, 권역별 발전 전략을 제시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경상남도 실업계 고등학교 발전을 위한 4대 기본방향, 16대 추진과제, 64대 세부추진과제를 수립하였으며, 이러한 세부추진과제 중 10대 우선과제를 선정하여 구체적인 성과지표 및 실행계획을 제시하였다. 둘째, 경상남도에 소재하고 있는 56개의 각 실업계 고등학교에 대하여 단위학교 발전방안을 수립하였다. 셋째, 경상남도에 소재하고 있는 56개의 각 실업계 고등학교의 계열별로 발전방향을 수립하고 이에 따른 발전방안 및 발전과제를 제시하였다. 넷째, 경상남도를 5개의 권역으로 구분하고 각 권역별 중점사업 현황을 기초로 하여 권역별 발전방향 및 발전방안을 제시하였다. 다섯째, 위와 같이 설정된 방안 및 과제들이 지속적으로 수행될 수 있도록 행․재정적인 지원 방안을 수립하였다.
Abstract
The purposes of this study are to suggest directions to promote vocational high schools in the province of Gyeongsangnam-do. The study is conducted through literature review, survey and interview. The results of this study are as follows: ⑴ 4 basic directions, 16 themes, and 64 sub-themes of the vocational high school development are established, and 10 priority sub-themes which have performance indexes and implementation plans are selected; ⑵ Development plans for all 56 vocational high schools are designed; ⑶ Development plans for different types of schools such as agricultural high schools, technical high schools, commercial high schools, and home economics high schools are suggested; ⑷ Based on the industrial strategies for 5 regions of the province, a development plan is suggested for each region; ⑸ Administrative and financial strategies are suggested in order to support the development of vocational high schools in Gyeongsangnam-do.
