A land might be artificially specified as an object of public or private activity by demarcating a boundary although it assumes the similitude of continuity. Cadastre which means a registration of physical, artificial situation and a legal right of land for a public announcement is a vital necessity for embodying or using a land.This study aims to examine reorganization of the existing Cadastral Act for registration of three dimensional cadastral information. As a study result, we proposed that the Act should provide a three dimensional lot number and the classification of land category. And also it must be the rule that all building and structure should be registrated. There is no provision in the statute on this point. In the field of cadastral surveying, the method of level surveying should be introduced for gain of three dimensional cadastral information.
