읍면동의 기능 전환 이후 행정서비스 성과 분석

This study aims to assess and improve the public service of Eup․Myon․Dong after transformation of functions. First, this study review the achievement of purpose by transformation of functions. Next, to assess how discretion of local government is reflected in this policy and local government prevents the problem from the issue, in this study we select the public efficiency, the public service improvement, the completion of transformation of functions in public adminstration. After transformation of functions, the Ministry of Government Affairs and Home Affairs(MOGAHA) promotes the transformation of functions for Eup․Myon․Dong office by the welfare of community center. But if the public service of Eup․Myon․Dong after transformation of functions is not assessed objectively, this policy would not accomplish the purpose of the organizational change.
