초록
지역산업의 발전을 위한 전략산업 데이터베이스(DB)의 구축이 시급한 실정이다. 세계 각국은 산업경제 분석을 위한 데이터베이스 구축을 통해 국가기관들과 연구소에서 발간하는 연구보고서 및 통계자료를 웹 포털시스템을 통해 서비스를 하고 있다. 우리나라도 국가 지식포털시스템을 구축하여 산업경제 통계와 지식정보를 서비스하고 있지만, 지역산업체는 공급 체계상의 문제 등으로 인해 적시에 필요한 정보의 전략적 수집, 가공, 제공 능력이 미흡한 실정이다. 전략산업 DB란 이용자 요구사항을 반영하여 구축한 DB로서, 지역산업 경제통계와 지식정보가 저장되며, 산업간 통합되고, 인터넷을 통해 접근할 수 있고, 국가지식포털과 링크되며, 의사결정지원 도구로 활용될 수 있는 DB를 말한다. 본 연구는 부산광역시가 추진하고 있는 지역전략산업을 성공적으로 달성하기 위해 각종 정책대안을 수립하고, 사업의 원활한 추진 및 사업성과 평가에 이용될 수 있는 지역전략산업관련 DB구축 방안을 제시하는 것을 목표로 한다. 주요 내용은 첫째, 국내에서 이용 가능한 산업경제 관련 DB를 고찰한다. 둘째, 전략산업DB의 개념적 고찰과 구축단계를 제시한다. 셋째, 제시된 구축단계에 따라 지역핵심 전략산업의 하나인 항만물류산업 분야를 대상으로 구체적인 적용 방법을 제시한다.
Abstract
Many nations provide Web database services with reports and statistical data related to industry economy issued by administrative branches and public institutes. Likely Korean government develops a national-wide knowledge portal Web site and supports the database service. However, most regional industries still suffers from accessing the necessary information. As an alternative, we have a plan to construct an industry database as a tool for the analysis of regional industry. The strategic database for regional industry is constructed from the acquisition of user requirements, stored on statistics data and knowledge related regional industry, integrated between industries, accessed by the Internet, linked the national knowledge portal sites, and used as a decision support tool. This paper provides a methodology for the development of a database for the purpose of regional strategy industry research. First, we review ready-made databases related to industry economy. Second, we define and the concept of the database and suggest stages and steps to construct the database. Third, we show how our methodology is applied to the industry, focusing port and logistics industries.
