ERP시스템의 사용자 참여와 ERP품질과의 관계: 성별, 재직기간의 조절효과를 중심으로

초록
본 연구의 목적은 ERP도입단계에서 사용자참여가 ERP품질에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 또한 사용자참여와 ERP품질과의 관계에서 재직기간, 성별이 조절효과가 있는지를 검증하는 것이었다. 본 연구의 가설검증 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.첫째, ERP도입단계인 분석단계와 설계단계에서의 사용자참여는 시스템품질에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. ERP도입단계인 분석단계, 설계단계와 구축단계에서의 사용자참여는 정보품질에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 ERP도입을 위한 설계단계과정에 시스템 사용자가 참여하는 것이 분석과 구축단계과정에 참여하는 것보다 정보품질이 높게 나타났다. ERP도입단계인 분석단계와 설계단계에서의 사용자참여는 서비스품질에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 ERP도입의 시스템 개발과정인 분석단계와 설계단계과정에 시스템 사용자가 참여하는 시스템 실행과정인 구축단계와 구현단계과정에 참여하는 것보다 상당히 높은 관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다.둘째, ERP도입단계에서 사용자참여와 ERP품질간의 관계에서 인구 통계적 특성에 따라 유의적인 영향관계가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 사용자참여와 시스템품질과의 관계에서 성별의 조절효과에서는 설계단계, 구축단계가 성별과 상호작용하여 시스템품질에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 분석단계*성별, 구현단계*성별이 서비스품질에 상호작용 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 사용자참여와 시스템품질과의 관계에서 재직기간의 조절효과에서는 설계단계, 구축단계가 재직기간과 상호작용하여 시스템품질에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 분석단계*재직기간, 설계단계*재직기간, 구현단계*재직기간이 서비스품질에 상호작용 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The first purpose of this research is to verify the effect of user participation on ERP quality in ERP implementation. In details, this study divided ERP implementation into analysis, design, implementation and realization and divided ERP quality into system quality, information quality, and service quality. The second purpose is to test the moderating effects of gender and tenure on the relationships between user participation and ERP quality. This study select 320 SMBs in sample and used 97 questionnaires among 102 which collected except 5 questionnaires with untrustworthy response. The types of business is manufacturing company and the size of sample companies is small and medium. The results of this study are as follows. User participation in analysis and design phase have a positive effect on system quality. User participation in analysis, design and implementation phase have a positive effect on information quality. The results show that user participation in analysis and design phase have a positive effect on service quality but user participation in implementation and realization phase doesn't have a effect on service quality. Hierarchical regressional analysis showed that gender had moderating effects on 4 relationships between user participation and ERP quality, and tenure had moderating effects on 5 relationships
