전자상거래업체의 물류정보화가 물류성과 및 기업성과에 미치는 영향

초록
최근 공급사슬관리(SCM)의 확산으로 전-후방 기업 간에 연계된 정보시스템의 구현이 증가하고 있다. 이는 기업간 연계된 정보시스템을 통해 공급사슬간의 프로세스를 통합함으로써 기업간 협력을 강화하고자 하는 것이다. 이러한 공급사슬구축의 핵심요인은 정보기술을 토한 조직간 연결이다. 조직간에 연계된 정보시스템의 구축은 기업들로 하여금 거래 파트너와 자유로운 정보공유 및 협력을 가능하게 만들며, 그 결과로서 기업성과에 긍정적인 효과를 줄 수 있다. 특히 물류업체와의 긴밀한 협력이 필요한 전자상거래 업계에서 이러한 점은 매우 중요하다. 전자상거래 업체와 물류업체간 상호 연계된 물류정보화는 업체간 정보공유와 협력을 위한 기본 인프라를 제공함으로써 각 업체의 업무프로세스가 보다 원활하게 수행될 수 있도록 돕는다.본 연구에서는 물류업체와 연계된 물류정보화가 정보공유와 협력을 통해 전자상거래업체의 성과에 영향을 미치는 과정을 모형화 한 후 이를 실증분석 하였다. 그 결과 물류정보화는 각 기업이 가지고 있는 물류정보의 공유를 촉진함으로써, 물류협력을 유도하고, 더 나아가 기업의 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 많은 연구에서 정보화 혹은 정보시스템의 구축은 기업의 성과에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나 본 연구와 유사한 결론을 제시하고 있다, 그러나 본 연구결과를 자세히 살펴볼 때, 단순히 정보화가 기업의 성과에 영향을 준다고 해석하기 보다는 정보공유와 협력이라는 매개요인을 통해 성과가 향상되었다고 보는 것이 타당할 것이다.
Abstract
Recently the realization of information system connected to forward and backward Enterprises has been increasing due to the proliferation of SCM. This is to enforce business-to-business cooperation by integrating(or unifying) the process of supply chain through the connected information system. The primary factor of the supply chain is the connection between organizations through information technologies. The construction of information system connecting organizations enables enterprises to share the information and to cooperate with commercial partner and as a result, it can have a positive effect on corporate performance.Especially, this is very important to the electronic commercial transaction industry, which need close cooperation with Logistics Company.The Logistics(or physical distribution) information, mutually related with the business of physical distribution and electronic commerce, help to run more easily the business process of each business by providing basic infrastructure for information share and cooperation.This study provides the model for the process that the information related to Logistics business effects on the performance of electronic commercial transaction business through information share and cooperation and an actual analysis for the model. As a result, Logistics(or physical distribution) information induce the Logistics cooperation by expediting the share of Logistics information and furthermore, it has positive effect on the performance of business.Many researches have provided the similar conclusion with this study in that information or the construction of information system influence on the performance of business. However, it can be recognized from this study that the performance is improved by the mediating factor of information share and cooperation rather than information effects simply to the performance of business.
