초록
오늘날 기업 간 경쟁이 더욱 더 치열해 지고, 시장 환경의 불확실성이 증대되고 있어 기업들에게는 주로 방어적 전략보다 공격적 전략이 보다 바람직한 전략이라고 본다. 그리고 기업경영과 관련된 다양한 요소들의 개별적 향상을 통한 성과 향상을 꾀하는 것보다 기업의 성공에 필요한 다양한 요소들의 적절한 결합관계를 통해 보다 더 큰 성과의 향상을 가져올 수 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 Porter의 본원적 전략 중 특히 차별화전략과 경영혁신 그리고 관리회계 정보특성들 간의 적합관계가 조직성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는지를 검정하고 하였다. Van de ven & Drazin(1985)의 연구에서 시스템 접근법에 의한 적합성을 적용하여 분석하였으며, 다중회귀식에서 삼방향 상호작용 항이 유의수준의 범위 내에 존재하면 유의적인 적합성이 존재하는 것으로 판단한다. 기존 이론연구를 바탕으로 첫째, 두변수간의 적합성이 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하였다. 둘째, 두변수간의 적합성이 조직성과에 미치는 영향관계를 바탕으로, 세변수간의 적합성이 조직성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는가를 규명하였다. 본 연구의 결과에 따르면 국내의 제조기업의 경우, 차별화전략, 경영혁신, 관리회계정보특성 중 두 변수간 적합성이 조직성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었으며, 아울러 이들 세 변수들 간의 적합성도 조직성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 추가연구를 통해 각 적합성이 조직성과에 미치는 영향관계의 세부적인 의미를 해석하려고 하였다.
Abstract
The purposes of this study is to examine the effect of fitness among Differentiation Strategy, management innovation and management accounting information on organization performance. The fitness of this study is measured by two ways. First, the Fitness of selection approach is to examine the relationship between differentiation strategy and management innovation, Differentiation Strategy and management accounting information, Management innovation and management accounting information, using a Pearson correlation analysis. The correlation analytical results on three variables indicate that there are significant relationship between two variables in the Korean manufacturing sector.Second, the fitness of systems approach was to examine the interaction among the differentiation strategy, management innovation and management accounting information. A multiple regression model was adopted for testing the interaction effects of the three variables on organization performance. The results indicate that the fitness among Differentiation Strategy, Management innovations and management accounting informations has an significant influence on Organization performance.
