중소제조기업의 전사적 자원 관리의 도입 전략: 생산전략을 중심으로

초록
본 연구에서는 중소기업의 전사적 자원 관리(enterprise resource planning: ERP) 도입에 관한 생산 자동화 전략적 방안에 관한 전반적인 개발 추진 프로세스를 제시하고 있다. 본 연구는 생산전략의 관점에서 사례연구를 통하여 특정기업의 전사적 자원 관리 도입 추진전략에 대한 체계적 분석을 수행한다. 기존 전사적 자원 관리 관련 연구가 주로 대기업의 사례를 중심으로 연구되어 중소기업의 전사적 자원 관리 도입전략에 대한 체계적 분석이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 기업의 전사적 자원 관리 도입과 관련된 현재 모형 및 미래 모형을 나타내고 이를 바탕으로 전사적 자원 관리 자동화 추진 전략, 시스템 구축, 운영 및 활용 계획을 제시한다. 본 연구는 회계시스템을 중심으로 전사적 자원 관리 프로세스가 개발되고 구축되고 있는 기존 방식과는 달리 생산시스템을 중심으로 전사적 자원 관리 시스템을 도입하고 추진하는데 필요한 프로세스를 제시함으로써 제조업 중심의 중소기업 생산 자동화 전략에 중요한 가이드라인을 제시할 것이다.
Abstract
This study presents overall development process in strategic enterprise resource planning (ERP) of a small and medium size firm in a machinery industry. Existing ERP studies are focused on large size corporations, so that ERP adoption strategy of small and medium size firms is not well identified. This adoption strategy is required in order to gain sustainable and competitive advantages in the market. This case study provides the management with AS-IS model and TO-BE model for ERP adoption strategy, and presents information planning strategy, system construction, operations, and utilization planning of ERP in a small and medium size manufacturing firm. This study will guide the management to set a strategic adoption planning on the production-based ERP, rather than accounting-based ERP.
