현지법인설립 의사결정과정에 관한 연구: 삼성중공업의 태국 현지법인설립 사례

The purpose of this case study is to examine the process of decision making of establishment of local subsidiary in Thailand of Samsung heavy industries Co., Ltd. This case study is to examine items which are ① prospect of a tank market ② background of operation study of a local factory ③ necessity of emergency drive of FDI ④ study of location feasibility of a factory ⑤ merit of operation of a local factory ⑥ drive plan of a establishment of local subsidiary ⑦ study of an investment form ⑧ expectations effect of investment ⑨ drive plan of project to check the process of decision making how Samsung heavy industries Co., Ltd. established a local subsidiary in Thailand. The implications of this case study are that we have to consider which are ① analysis of cost comparison of domestic and local subsidiary, mid-term business plan of local subsidiary, policy direction of domestic construction, feasibility of factory location, management policy and form of local subsidiary, role share of support post, connection of mid and long term plan of the head office, investors interests and charge limit, problem of investment name ② analysis of plan of profit and loss, receipts and expenses, disparity of earnings and expenses of the said month, disparity of the total of earnings and expenses to check process of decision making of establishment of local subsidiary.
