AIS 성과 평가에 있어 시스템 사용과 만족의 매개효과 분석

본 연구의 목적은 회계정보시스템의 최종 사용자(end-user)를 대상으로, 회계정보시스템의 특성(정보품질, 시스템품질, 사용자품질)과 조직의 성과와의 관계에서 시스템사용과 사용자만족과의 인과관계를 보다 구체적이고 체계적으로 분석함으로써 회계정보시스템 성과와의 조절변수로서의 매개효과를 실증적으로 분석해보는데 있다. 본 연구의 연구대상은 우리나라 상장기업에 근무하는 직원 중 회계담당자 측면에서 시스템에 접근하여 시스템을 이용하는 직원이었으며, 총 558부의 설문지 중 88부를 최종 유효 표본으로 확정한 후, LIEREL 8.32를 사용하여 공분산구조분석을 하였다. 실증분석결과, 첫째 회계정보시스템 정보 품질이 시스템 사용에 매우 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째 시스템 사용이 사용자 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 셋째 시스템 사용이 조직 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 마지막으로 사용자 만족이 조직성과에도 매우 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
Since the importance of information quality as an improving quality of the accounting information system have been raised at early 1980's, many studies have shown a casual relationship between the accounting information system and system performance evaluation. The purpose of this paper is to find out the relationships between performance and user's satisfactions, system usage, AIS Qualities, using the mediating variables such as users' satisfactions or system usage, A structural model and nine hypotheses were developed regarding the relationships. Based on the collected data from 88 accounting practice employees, the structural model was analyzed with LISREL 8.32.The result can be summarized as follows. First, the greater the accounting information system's quality, the greater AIS usage and the user's satisfaction. Second, the greater the AIS usage, the greater the user's satisfaction. Third, the greater the AIS usage, the greater the system performance. Finally, the greater the user's satisfaction, the greater the system performances.
