관리회계정보와 생산지식활동간의 관계에서 하부구조의 역할 및 생산지식활동이 생산성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구
A Study on the Role of Infrastructure between Management Accounting Information and Production Knowledge Activity and How Production Knowledge Activity Affect the Production Performance

본 연구는 최근 중요성이 더해지고 있는 지식경영과 관련하여 제조업의 생산부문을 대상으로 관리회계정보와 조직의 하부구조와 생산지식활동이 어떠한 관련성이 있는지, 그리고 생산지식활동이 생산성과에 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 검증하였다.실증분석 결과에 따르면, 관리회계시스템이 제공하는 관리회계정보의 수준은 생산지식활동수준과 밀접한 관련성이 있음을 보여 주었으며, 조직의 하부구조 또한 생산지식활동수준에 영향을 미치고 있음을 보여 주었다. 하지만 관리회계정보와 생산지식활동간의 관계에서 하부구조의 조절영향은 확인되지 않았다. 그리고 생산지식활동은 생산성과에 영향을 미침을 보여 주었다. 본 연구의 결과, 생산부문에서의 지식활동을 활발히 하기 위해서는 관리회계정보의 제공수준을 높일 필요가 있으며, 조직이 갖고 있는 정보기술수준, 조직구조, 조직문화 또한 지식활동에 적합하게 갖출 필요가 있음을 제시할 수 있으며, 생산지식활동이 생산성과의 향상으로 이어짐을 보여줌으로써 생산지식활동이 조직에 필요한 하나의 경영혁신도구가 될 수 있음을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study tested relationships between management accounting information, infrastructures of firms and production knowledge activity, and how production knowledge activity affect the production performance, empirically. According to the result of the empirical test, the level of management accounting information which management accounting system offers is related to the level of production knowledge activity closely. And the infrastructures in firms is related too. But this result didn't show that there wasn't the moderate effect of infrastructures between management accounting information and production knowledge activity, otherwise production knowledge activity affect production performance. Through the result of this study, we can suggest two implications. First, to promote knowledge activity of the production part in firms, we need to raise the level of management accounting information and to fit level of information technology, structure, culture with knowledge activity. Second as we showed that production knowledge activity could improve production performance, we can suggest production knowledge activity be one of the method to innovate management process.
