가상커뮤니티 지각특성이 이용자 만족과 몰입행동에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 가상 커뮤니티에서의 지각한 특성이 이용자 만족과 몰입행동에 미치는 영향력을 파악하기 위해, 선행연구를 검토한 결과 가상 커뮤니티 지각특성이 이용자 만족과 몰입행동에 유의적인 영향을 미친다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다. 가상 커뮤니티 이용자들이 지각한 놀이성과 친밀감 그리고 이용자 만족은 몰입행동에 직접적인 영향을 미친다는 사실을, 이용자 만족에 있어 컨텐츠, 놀이성, 상호작용성 등이 유의적인 영향력 변수임을 확인하였다.이와 같은 검증결과는 가상 커뮤니티 운영자들이 이용자들의 몰입행동을 유도하기 위해서 가장 시급한 것이 바로 이용자 만족을 증가시켜야 한다는 점이다. 특히, 가상 커뮤니티의 놀이성은 몰입행동에 직간접적으로 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인이며, 친밀감의 경우 만족보다는 몰입행동에 직접적인 영향을 그리고 컨텐츠와 상호작용성은 이용자 만족을 경유하여 몰입행동에 영향을 미친다는 점을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과들에 기초를 두어 향후 가상 커뮤니티 운영에 있어 이용자 만족을 높일 수 있는 방안이 절실히 필요하며, 또한 가상 커뮤니티가 가지고 있는 컨텐츠, 놀이성, 상호작용성, 친밀감이 이용자 몰입행동을 유발하는 중요한 변수라는 점을 다시금 확인하였다.
Abstract
The purposes of this study are two-fold. The first is to find the factors affecting the users' Committment Behavior and Satisfaction on the virtual community. The second is to find the relative importance of the factors in users' committment via satisfaction. In the theoretical part of this paper, the precedent studies concerning the theories of virtual community, are reviewed and analyzed. In the empirical part, data is collected based on the field survey of 250 users who register and use the virtual community. Collected data is statistically analyzed, including demographic distribution, reliability test, validity test and structural analysis of the relating constructs, using SPSS(12.0) and LISREL(8.52). The conceptual research model, which was derived from the results of the theoretical research, consists of the virtual community attributes(contents, playfulness, interactiveness, intimacy), users' satisfaction and committment behavior. The results of the covariance structural analysis, the users' committment behavior was affected by satisfaction, playful and intimate but not affected by contents and interactive. And the satisfaction was affected by contents, playful, interactive of virtual community but not intimate.
