성과동인과 성과를 활용한 학습 및 성장관점과 내부 프로세스관점 간의 관계분석

기업이 고객가치 창출과 그로 인한 재무적 성과를 거두기 위해서는 기업의 핵심 프로세스와 핵심 역량을 규명하여 이들을 효과적으로 관리하는 비즈니스 관리방안을 강구해야 하는데, 본 연구에서는 내부 프로세스 효율성을 개선하는데 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 BSC 모형에 근거하여 학습 및 성장관점 성과에 대한 성과동인의 영향, 내부 프로세스 관점의 성과동인에 대한 학습 및 성장관점 성과의 영향, 내부 프로세스 관점 성과에 대한 성과동인과 학습 및 성장관점 성과의 영향을 분석한다. 학습 및 성장관점 성과동인으로는 종업원 고용/훈련 노력, 정보시스템 구현/활용 노력, 동기부여/협력 노력을, 학습 및 성장관점 성과로는 종업원 직무만족, 종업원 유지 및 종업원 생산성을, 내부 프로세스 관점 성과동인으로는 프로세스 혁신노력, 프로세스 개선노력 및 사후 서비스 정책 추진노력을, 내부 프로세스 관점 성과로는 내부 프로세스 개선효과를 사용하였다. 분석결과, 학습 및 성장관점 성과동인은 성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 학습 및 성장관점 성과 내에서도 종업원 직무만족이 종업원 유지와 생산성에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 학습 및 성장관점 성과는 내부 프로세스 관점 성과동인에 유의적인 영향을 미치고, 내부 프로세스 관점 성과에도 일부 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 내부 프로세스 관점 성과동인도 성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
Traditional performance measurement systems emphasizing short-term profits are detrimental for the firm because long-term value creation is ignored. To overcome this problem, Kaplan and Norton(1992) introduced the Balanced Scorecard(BSC). The BSC as strategic management control systems shows managers how their individual actions contribute to attaining organizational objectives and encourages managers to engage in firm-desired behaviors. The objective of this study is to find the factors affecting the efficiency improvement of internal management control.This study tests the performance drivers’ influence on the performances of learning and growth perspective, the influence of the performances of learning and growth per- spective on the performance drivers and performances of internal process perspective, and the performance drivers’ influence on the performances of internal process per- spective.A survey collected 68 data from 512 Korean manufacture firms listed on the stock exchange. Regression Models are used to test the relationship among BSC measures, which reflect the performance drivers and performances of learning and growth perspective, and the performance drivers and performances of internal process per- spective.The results of this study provide support for the hypotheses. That is, the per- formance drivers of learning and growth perspective significantly influenced its performances, and the job satisfaction of employee also influenced the retention and productivity of employee. The performances of learning and growth perspective partially influenced the performance drivers and performances of internal process perspective. And also the result of this study shows that the performance drivers of internal process perspective significantly influenced its performances.
