본 연구는 CRS사용자 교육훈련의 전이효과에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 연구, 분석함으로써 국내 CRS사용자교육의 효과성 향상을 위한 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위한 연구방법으로 문헌연구를 통해 CRS사용자 교육훈련의 개념, 교육훈련전이에 영향을 미치는 요인 및 교육훈련전이 관련 선행연구를 조사하고, 표본조사법을 통하여 국내 여행사 종사자들의 교육훈련전이에 대한 의견을 수집, 통계적 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 국내 CRS사용자 교육훈련의 전이에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 요인은 교육훈련 참여자의 심리적 특성, 교육내용, 교육훈련 참여자의 학습성과인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 여행사는 조직 내 종사자들의 교육훈련성과에 대한 적절한 보상체제를 마련하여 종사자 개개인의 학습동기와 성과기대심리를 유발하고, 과정참여자의 실무전이를 상사와 동료 그리고 조직이 적극적으로 지원하는 조직 내 전이분위기 형성에 노력을 기울여야 하며, CRS회사는 교육훈련 참여자의 반응평가를 통해 지속적으로 교육훈련 프로그램의 품질향상에 대한 노력이 필요함을 시사한다.
Abstract
The objective of this study was to provide useful directions for enhancing the effectiveness of the CRS user training programs provided by the CRS companies in Korea. To achieve the objective, the literature on the CRS user training and the factors affecting transfer of training, and previous major studies on training transfer were reviewed. And, an empirical study on the perception of CRS users regarding transfer of training was conducted. Based on the findings of this study, the following suggestions to the CRS companies and travel agencies were presented for enhancing the effectiveness of the CRS user training. Travel agencies are needed to prepare a reward system in their companies for employee's learning motive, accomplishment on the training, and to create an organizational climate that allows trainees to be able to transfer what they learned through training course to their job with the full support of their peers. It is necessary for CRSs to try to enhance the quality of the training programs continuously through the trainees' reaction evaluation to them.
