지식기반사회에서 지식 재산권 교육의 활성화 방안 탐색

The importance of the intellectual property is emphasized more and more with introduction of the knowledge based economic society. The purpose of this research is to diagnose the status and analyze the recognition and needs of intellectual property education. Based on analysis results, several directions for activating intellectual property education are proposed. First, the increase of the recognition and the perceived necessity and value of intellectual property education are needed for activation of intellectual property education. Second, various and specific programs in intellectual property education should be developed. Third, the combination of technology and the knowledge of law in intellectual property education is desirable. Fourth, the basic education about intellectual property should be carried out for employees at work as well as college students. Fifth, the number of intellectual property education institutions and professors must be increased and the information of intellectual property education opportunities must be given wider publicity. Sixth, the improvement of a teaching & learning method is needed, and the teaching & learning materials should be developed.
