회의실용 의자디자인의 감성적 선호도 분석

본 연구는 Bloch의 제품디자인에 대한 소비자 반응 이론을 고찰하여 연구모델을 구축하고 실증분석을 통해 디자인 선호도-디자인이미지-디자인 요소들 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 소비자들의 감성적 반응에 의해 조사되어진 회의실용 의자에 대한 디자인 형용사 이미지는 “세련된” 이미지였으며, 이 이미지를 가지고 있으면서 가장 선호도가 높은 의자의 디자인 요소를 살펴보면 좌판과 등판의 형태가 동그란 형태보다는 각이진 형태를 선호하였고, 컬러는 유채색 보다 무채색을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 재질은 부드럽고 따뜻한 이미지의 패브릭을 가장 선호는 것으로 나타났으며, 팔걸이가 없는 디자인 보다 팔걸이가 있는 디자인을 더 선호하였고 다리와 팔걸이의 일체형을 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 다리의 재질은 좌판의 색상이 무채색인 검정색과 어울리면서 고급스럽고 안정감 있는 금속을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과가 모든 소비자들이 선호하는 형용사 이미지와 디자인 요소라고 규정지을 수는 없으나 본 연구에서 제시한 제품디자인에 대한 소비자 반응 프레임웍을 통해 선호하는 제품은 어떤 디자인 이미지를 선호하며 그 선호된 디자인 이미지는 어떤 디자인요소에 영향을 미치는 지를 파악하여 디자인 개발에 적용할 수 있을 것으로 본다.
Abstract
Applying of Bloch's consumers reaction(response) theory on the products design could be construct as a study model, and then analyse relationships between design preference-design image-design factors.Adjective design image on the chairs of conference room examined by consumer's emotion reactions are a 'refined' images of things. The most preferential one with 'refined' image of chairs are more favored have a more degree of angled one than that of more round back plate and seat plate and people prefer non-colour chair than coloured one. Materials are favored fabric one that gives feelings more softly and warmly and favored more armchair, legs and an arm rest one as a one type. Materials of legs are more favored metallic one, harmonious with black seat and gives more feeling of high class and more stable feeling to consumers.All of these results, It could not conclude all of the adjective design image and design factors of every consumer, but through consumer reaction(response) framework consumers are response and prefer the products which design image have. and then understand prefered design image are influenced to design factors and could be apply to new design development.
