노인을 위한 제품/주거 시스템 디자인 연구

In the year 2000, Korea had been entered in an aging society meaning that the elderly population is more than 7% of whole population, and expected a big burden with the economy and society by the surprisingly growing elderly population. However, the new trends occur that elderly relies on their own after the superannuation instead of leaning on their family by keeping their own economic strength, and elevate the tendency to live in satisfied life with the quality. If the elderly keeps their health in good condition and longer period of time, the economical and social load of our country will be decreased. This research was focusing on the subject of the food, the most important item for living among food, clothing and shelter to develop tools for enhancing diet and self-support for the elderly healthy living. The kitchen is an important space in home to supply the sustenance to us. Keeping the elderly healthy condition is depending on the nutrition control and management and because of this, the importance of the kitchen is more important for the elderly. I propose the possibility of design using the well known technology that a refrigerator can keep side dishes easily in home by the development of the thermoelectric technology which had been developed to use as a refrigerator for vehicles or cosmetics storage and proposed possibility of design to use of assistance house hold furniture as keeping existent system in kitchen device.
