실버산업의 창업결정요인에 관한 연구

초록
본 연구는 실버제조업을 창업하기 위해 고려되어져야 할 창업결정요인의 체계적인 분류를 시도하고, 이들 요인들이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 내용을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실버창업을 위해 고려되어져야 할 창업결정요인을 시장성, 기술성, 수익성, 경영팀(창업팀) 요인으로 분류하고 그에 따른 세부항목을 도출하였다.둘째, 창업결정요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 시장성, 기술성, 수익성, 경영팀 요인을 독립변수 하고 경영성과를 종속변수로 한 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 수익성과 경영팀 이외의 종속변수는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다.셋째, 창업결정요인 모두가 창업유형에 관계없이 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 창업유형(기술창업, 기회창업)에 관계없이 성과에 영향을 가장 많이 미치는 요인은 시장성요인이며, 경영팀(창업팀)이 가장 적게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 창업유형별로 각 창업결정요인이 성과에 미치는 영향에는 차이가 있는지를 분석하기 위한 회귀선의 평행성 검정 결과, 경영팀(창업팀) 요인만이 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다본 연구를 바탕으로 실버제조업의 기업특성에 맞는 창업전략 및 실버산업의 활성화를 위한 기초 자료로 활용하고, 나아가서 정부 및 관련기관 정책적인 지원전략을 모색할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
This study aims to classifying the business start-up factors in silver industry and analyzing the impact to performance. To analyze the performance, Business start-up factors are classified into 4 factors(marketability, technological ability, profitability, management team). When all these factors are reclassified into the second step, each factor consists of 4 detailed factors. The content of this study can be summarized as followings: (1) For the starting of a silver small business, business start-up factors are classified by systematic approach. (2) We analyzed the determinants of business start ups in silver industry which can be affected to management performance. (3) Also, this study focuses on the influence of business start-up factors on the performance according to the type of entrepreneurship(that is, opportunistic or technical). Results from statistics on regression analysis and testing for parallelism showed that the performance is highly affected by determinants of business start ups and statistically has significance between the two business types with management team factor.
