기업지배구조인식이 인지적 기업평가에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 기업지배구조 관점을 내부종업원의 인지 및 관리적 관점에서 조명하여, 종업원의 기업지배구조에 대한 인식이 조직몰입, 지각된 기업이미지, 기업성장성 인식과 같은 인지적 기업평가에 미치는 영향에 관하여 실증분석을 통해 규명하였다. 또한 종업원의 자사주 소유여부가 기업지배구조와 인지적 기업평가간에 미치는 조절영향을 분석하였다.실증연구는 상장회사에 근무하고 있는 259명의 종업원으로부터 수집된 자료를 통해 수행하였다. 실증연구에서는 지배구조 인식과 인지된 기업평가에 대한 구조모형을 수립하고, 이에 대한 가설을 수립하여 검증을 실시하였다.본 연구의 결과, 먼저 기업의 지배구조는 조직몰입, 인지된 기업구조, 기업성장인식 등에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 파악하였다. 특히 기업의 지배구조의 적정성이 기업이미지에 미치는 영향이 매우 큰 것으로 도출되었다. 둘째, 자사주식 보유한 경우에 지배구조 적정이 높으면 인지적 기업평가 또한 높아지는 조절효과를 발견하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 기업지배구조에 따른 적절한 관리적 행동방향에 관하여 시사점을 주고 있다.
Abstract
The main purpose of this study is to explain how employee perceptions of their companies' corporate governance affect their organizational commitment, perceived corporate image, and expectations of company growth. Questionnaires from 259 individual respondents were used for analysis. We used structural equation model for testing the related hypothesis and found out the following research findings. First, employee perceptions of the appropriateness of their companies' corporate governance demonstrate a positive relationship with employee's organizational commitment, perceived corporate image, and expectations of company growth. Second, the degrees of affectedness are in the order of the perceived corporate image, expectations of company growth , and organizational commitment. Third, moderating effect of employee's stock ownership is found to exist in the relationship between their perceptions of corporate governance and psychological appraisal of firm performances.
