꽃차 개발을 위한 차 관련 국내 특허정보 분석

This study was conducted to analyse the tea associated patent informations in the developing side of flower teas. Domestic informations on the patent applications associated with the different teas from Jan. 1983 to June, 2005 were analysed using the on-line patent information processing system (http://www2.wips.co.kr) for pay. Total fifty affairs of patent applications for teas were finally screened. Main materials of teas were horticultural plants by twenty two (44%), wild plants by twenty one (42%), and mushroom and the others by seven (14%). Materials used individually for the development of teas were twenty four by 48%. And, teas used mixed materials were twenty six by 52%. Physiognomy of teas made from horticultural plants were powder and granule by 50%, those of wild plants were solid by 67%, and those of mushroom and the others by 43%. Main contents of patent applications were the process of manufacturing the teas with a certain materials, and the others were the extracting process of specific components, the conservation of colors and odors, and fermenting process. Main functions of teas were aimed at the promotion of health, the prevention of specific disease symptoms, and the improvements of preferences and drinking methods. Thirty eight affairs of patents were mainly applied to after 2000 by 76%.
