본 연구는 ERP시스템 확산정도와 ERP시스템 성과간의 관계에서 성공요인의 효과를 분석하고자 하는데 목적을 두고 있으며, ERP시스템 성과변수로는 ERP시스템의 인지된 성과와 정보의 주관적 만족도를 사용하였고, 성공요인변수로는 정부 지원정책, 최고경영층 지원, 혁신선도자 지원, 내부 정보시스템 능력, ERP시스템 훈련 및 최종사용자 참여와 지지을 사용하였다. 분석결과 조절효과 분석에서는 ERP시스템의 인지된 성과에 대해 혁신선도자 지원과 최고경영층 지원이, 정보의 주관적 만족도에 대해 최고경영층 지원이 약한 조절효과를 지니는 것으로 나타났다. 매개효과분석에서는 두 성과변수 모두에 대해 혁신선도자 지원, 내부 정보시스템 능력과 최종사용자 참여와 지지가 유의적인 매개효과를 지니는 것으로 나타났으며, 직접효과분석에서는 ERP시스템 인지된 성과에 대해 혁신선도자 지원, 내부정보시스템 능력, ERP시스템 훈련과 최종사용자 참여와 지지가, 정보의 주관적 만족도에 대해 정부 지원정책, 혁신선도자 지원, 내부정보시스템 능력, ERP시스템 훈련 및 최종사용자 참여와 지지가 유의적인 효과를 지니는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of success factors between the degree of ERP systems diffusion and ERP systems performance. The research model is based on the innovation diffusion approach, considered support factors(government support, top management support, championship) and organizational factors(IS sophistication, ERP training, participation) as success factors, and considered the perceived performance of ERP systems and the subjective satisfaction of information as performance variables.For this study, 400 questionnaires are mailed to the highest executives who have the authority for ERP systems. 79 usable responses are returned from the survey, factor analyses and multivariate regression analyses are performed for this responses. Empirical results demonstrate that only championship has significantly moderating effects on the perceived performance of ERP systems. Championship, IS sophistication and participation have mediating effects on both the perceived performance of ERP systems and the subjective satisfaction of information, and above three factors and ERP training have direct effects on two dependent variables. The results indicate that the championship is most important factor on the performance of ERP systems, and the diffusion of ERP systems affect IS sophistication and participation, and then result in better the performance of ERP systems.
