윤리적 가치관이 기업의 사회적 책임과 윤리의 인지된 역할에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 회계전문가집단(대학교수, 대학원생)의 윤리적 가치관이 기업의 사회적 책임과 윤리의 인지된 역할(The Perceived Role of Ethics and Social Responsibility: PRESOR)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 실증분석하였다. 총 81명의 회계전문가 집단에 대하여 기업의 사회적 책임과 윤리의 인지된 역할에 관한 설문조사를 실시하여 분석한 결과 첫째, 회계전문가 집단의 개인윤리와 사회윤리가 조직의 효율성을 얻기 위하여 기업의 사회적 책임에 대하여 정의 인과관계를 보여주는 결과가 나타났다. 둘째, 회계전문가집단의 개인윤리와 사회윤리가 조직의 효율성을 얻기 위하여 기업의 장기이익에 대하여 정의 인과관계를 보여주는 결과가 나타났고 셋째, 회계전문가집단의 개인윤리와 사회윤리가 조직의 효율성을 얻기 위하여 기업의 단기이익과의 관계에서는 보다 의미 있는 내용이 발견되지 못하였다. 본 연구의 의미는 회계전문가집단의 개인윤리와 사회윤리가 기업의 사회적 책임과 윤리의 인지된 역할에 대하여 어떻게 영향을 미치는 가에 대한 정보를 제공하였다는데 그 의의가 있다고 하겠다.
Abstract
In this study, we have examined how the accounting group's ethical values, such as professors and postgraduate students, have an impact on the social responsibility and the perceived role of ethics of the enterprise. As a result of surveying the personal & social ethics and PRESOR of the accounting group of 91 members,First, in order to gain the effectiveness of an organization, the personal and social ethics of the accounting group have the positive causality in direct proportion on the social responsibility and profitability of the enterprise.Secondly, the personal and social ethics of the accounting group have the positive causality in direct proportion about long-term gains of enterprise for the effectiveness of the organization.Thirdly, we hardly found the relation between short-term gains and the personal and social ethics of the accounting group for the effectiveness of the organization.This study would be useful of providing the information on how the personal and social ethics of the accounting group have an effect on the role of the social responsibility and the perceived role of ethics of the enterprise.
