조직 효율성 개념에 의한 슈퍼컴퓨터 사용자의 지각과 선호태도에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 슈퍼컴퓨터를 많이 사용하는 연구개발조직에서 슈퍼컴퓨터의 활용을 촉진하기 위해 시스템 및 조직 특성이 사용자의 선호태도에 미치는 영향을 DEA 기법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 슈퍼컴퓨터의 활용정도는 슈퍼컴퓨터 사용자의 관심과 목표를 실제 사용의도로 변화시키는 조직의 역량에 따라 달라진다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 조직의 역량을 관심실현효율과 목표실현효율로 정의하고, 슈퍼컴퓨터 사용자 272명의 자료를 사용하여 이들 효율이 조직특성 및 시스템특성에 따라 어떤 차이를 갖는지를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 DEA 분석을 위해 표본자료를 군집분석을 이용하여 50개의 DMU(분석단위)로 축약하고, 축약된 50개의 DMU에 대해 효율값을 구하였다. 그리고 사용자의 인지된 유용성, 편리성, 리더혁신성, 기술개발중시 정책이 구해진 효율성과 어떤 관련성을 갖는지를 살펴보기 위해 회귀분석을 실시하여 슈퍼컴퓨터를 사용하는 조직 특성 및 시스템특성이 슈퍼컴퓨터 활용 촉진과 관련된 조직 역량과 어떤 관련성을 갖는지를 분석하였다.
Abstract
This paper investigates how much the perception and attitude of supercomputer user have an effect on the use of supercomputer using efficiency scale. Activating supercomputer use depends on the ability of the R&D organization which changed the interest and goal of supercomputer users to the actual use of it. In order to evaluate the ability of organization we define two terms that is called interest-input efficiency and goal-input efficiency. At first, to measure two efficiencies defined above, we survey 272 users of a supercomputer in the R&D organization and reduce sample sizes to 50 decision making units using cluster analysis. Then in order to reveal the relationships among the factors; users' attitude, intentions, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use, we clarify 8 propositions proposed from the model using multiple regression analysis.
