인터넷의 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 개인적 특성에 관한 연구

초록
본 연구의 목적은 개인의 특성 중 긍정적인 요인과 부정적인 요인들 중 대표적인 요인 중의 하나인 컴퓨터 경험, 사용의 편리성, 유용성, 컴퓨터 놀이성, 그리고 컴퓨터 분노 요인이 인터넷의 사용의도에 유효하게 영향을 미치는 요인인지를 알아보고자 하는데 있다. 연구결과 인터넷의 실제적인 사용 행위에 영향을 미치는 사용의도에 여러 개인특성요인 중에서도 긍정적인 요인이 컴퓨터를 통한 인터넷의 사용의도에 유의하게 영향을 미치는 요인임이 밝혀졌다. 특히 본 연구의 연구결과에서 인터넷의 사용의도와 컴퓨터 놀이성의 개인적 특성 사이에는 하나의 강한 상관관계가 존재함을 알 수 있었다. 다른 연구들도 놀이성이 특수한 업무유형을 위한 컴퓨터의 사용과 관련이 있음을 밝혀냈으며, 본 연구에서는 이 놀이성의 특성이 인터넷 사용의도에 있어 보다 긍정적인 요인임을 밝혀냈다. 그것은 인터넷에 접근하는 것은 컴퓨터의 사용을 통해서 가능한 것이기 때문에 이 관계를 인터넷까지 이어주는 것은 이치에 맞는 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 세대차이와 급진적인 기술의 변화를 고려해 볼 때, 대학생과 다른 표본들 즉, 직장인 과 연구원의 인터넷 사용시간은 사용목적 즉, 업무목적, 오락목적에 따라 유의한 차이가 있을 것이라고 기대했다. 그 결과 각각의 표본에서 인터넷의 사용시간에 있어 유의적인 차이를 보여 주었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the individual characteristics of computer playfulness, usefulness, ease of use, computer experience, and computer anxiety in the use intention of the Internet. This study found some positive factors among individual characteristics of the intention of the Internet using through computer. Previous studies suggest that computer playfulness and other factors have effects on computer usage in general. And also the results of this study found that there are strong relationships between the use intention of the Internet and computer playfulness. And also this study suggests that the use periods of Internet are different among samples for entertainment purposes and for learning(work) purposes. Finally, this study shows that positive factors more than have a stronger positive effect on use intention of the internet than negative factors.
