e-비즈니스 기술의 업무적용 정도에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구

본 연구는 e-비즈니스 기술의 수용단계와 업무적용단계에 있어 영향요인이 서로 다를 것이라는 선행연구를 검증하고, 조직적, 환경적, 그리고 기술적 요인들을 조사하여 e-비즈니스 기술이 업무 적용과정에 영향을 미친다면, 어떠한 요인들이 영향을 미치는지 그 요인들과의 영향력 관계를 살펴보는데 있다. 본 연구모델은 일곱 개의 연구변수 구성되었으며 회귀방정식에 의한 실증을 위해 63개 업체들로부터 받은 설문을 활용하였다. 연구결과 정보기술 인프라의 적합성과 조직구조가 e-비즈니스 기술의 업무적용에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었고 기업의 조직구조와 e-비즈니스 기술의 업무적용과의 관계에 있어 의사결정 과정의 집중화가 클수록, 정보기술의 인프라가 적합하면 적합 할 수록 e-비즈니스 기술의 업무적용과 긍정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 본 연구모형은 기업의 e-비즈니스 기술의 업무적용 영향요인을 실증분석을 통해 제공한다는 점과 정보기술의 수용에 영향을 미치는 영향요인들이 정보기술의 업무프로세스의 적용에도 영향을 주는 것이 아니라는 사실을 검증했다는 점에서 본 연구가 시사하는 바가 있다고 본다.
Abstract
This paper focused on exploratory testing the effect factors to the e-business technology deployment level in business processes The research model consisting of seven constructs were proposed and empirically verified by relational model using a sample consisting of 63 respondents, most of whom were IT managers or IT related officers.Using theoretical foundation from established information systems innovation literature, this study seeks to explain e-business technology deployment effect factors by examining organizational, technical, and environmental factors that may be associated with business processes within organizations. The result of this study indicate that these variables affect technology deployment in business processes and technology adoption differently compare to previous IT adoption literatures In this study,.IT infrastructure, organization structure were found to be related to technology deployment in business processes.
