ERP시스템의 지각된 유용성과 이용용이성에 미치는 영향요인

초록
>본 연구는 ERP시스템의 확산요인과 기술수용모형(Technology Acceptance Model : TAM)을 이용하여 ERP시스템의 수용에 영향을 미치는 외부변수들이 각각 ERP시스템의 지각된 유용성과 ERP시스템의 지각된 이용용이성에 미치는 영향을 규명하였다.이러한 규명을 위해 독립변수인 ERP시스템 수용에 영향을 미치는 외부변수를 선행연구를 통해 호환성, 복잡성, 상대적 이점, 최고경영층의 지원, 이미지, 자발성, 자기효능감을 선정하였고 종속변수를 ERP시스템의 지각된 유용성과 지각된 이용용이성으로 하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다.첫째, ERP시스템 수용에 영향을 미치는 외부변수 중에서 자발성효능감, 상대적 이점, 이미지가 지각된 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, ERP시스템 수용에 영향을 미치는 외부변수 중에서 복잡성과 자발성효능감이 지각된 이용용이성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 본 연구에서 ERP시스템 수용에 영향을 미치는 외부변수 중에서 자발성효능감만이 지각된 유용성, 지각된 이용용이성 모두에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났을 뿐만 아니라 영향력도 가장 큰 것으로 나타나 외부변수 중에서 가장 중요한 변수로 발견되었다.
Abstract
>This study examined whether external variables affecting the acceptance of ERP system had an effect on the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of ERP system in use of the diffusion factors of ERP system and Technology Acceptance Model.Independent variables which are external variables affecting the acceptance of ERP system: compatibility, complexity, relative advantage, support of CEO, image, voluntariness, and self-efficacy, were selected from preceding studies. Dependent variables which are the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of ERP system were selected from them too. And the findings of empirical analysis are followings:First, self-efficacy, relative advantage, and image of external variables affecting the acceptance of ERP system had a significant effect on the perceived usefulness of ERP systemSecond, Complexity and self-efficacy of external variables affecting the acceptance of ERP system had a significant effect on the perceived ease of use of ERP system.Above all things, this study found self-efficacy the most importing variable of external variables affecting the acceptance of ERP system, because it had a significant effect on all the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of ERP system and had the greatest influence on them of external variables.
