벤처기업의 네트워크 특성이 기업성과에 미치는 영향 - 환경의 불확실성에 대한 조절효과를 중심으로 -

In spite of the variety of business environments around start-up firms, almost all existing studies on business strategy of new ventures. Therefore, the purpose of the dissertation is to provide venture business entrepreneurs with network characteristics more suitable for their environment to maximize business performance. The main purpose of the present research is to examine the relationships of the network characteristics and performance of Venture Business. There was much research for Venture Business in other lands, but there was a little in Korea. Through previous literature, we can't find differences between venture business network characteristics and common corporation strategies. So this research treats new network characteristics of venture. This research is explanatory and three research questions. The data of 112 venture business among them are collected by direct interview. In order to test the established 3 hypothesis, several multi-variate analyses are used. Factor analysis is used to reduce the network characteristics question to its underlying factors. Finally, Regression analysis and correlation analysis is used to determine whether performance differences network characteristics between the groups.
