In general, there is lack of attention and transparency of health care governance contrary to corporate governance. It is needed to set up a framework for health care governance to fulfill public and social responsibilities. Especially, through the setting of legal governance on health care, it can be assured to promote the effectiveness of the related work. In Korea, the function of hospital and public health organization's board is not settled clearly to this time. And hospital and public health organization has a lot of legal responsibility to the interested party - patients, government, community society, subscriber etc. This responsibility must be completed through good legal governance on health care.
