한국의 비정규직 교수문제에 대한 진단과 대안적 고찰

This thesis is written for the purpose of analyzing and synthesizing on the problems of irregular professors in the Korea. Today the globalization of new liberalism is strengthening the system in the Korea. Therefore they are driven to the wall. In particular economically they are dependent beings. And also they have slave’s senses. But subjectively they don’t want to acknowledge the facts. The key of problems is not an individual but a society. Irregular professors give a lecture to students per an one time in the university(or college). But they can not make living on their income. Regular professors are well-off, but irregular professors ill-off. It is a discrimination in employment. Because their lectures are the very same, but their incomes are very different. If this discrimination is continuous, the development of education will be impossible. For the human rights, we must get rid of the discrimination between regular professors and irregular professors. And concretely we must consider a counterplan. In other words we must have an alternative plan. For example, from their higher income to security of law as a lecturer. Above all for irregular professors’ rights we must amend the law of higher education. In fact we can not know the economic states of irregulars, because up to date there is not exactly investigations about them. So concretely we must take a census of their economic states. And we must investigate their class. After this investigations, concretely we will have an alternative plan. This alternative plan will be based on the equality, that is fundamental rights of human.
