The purpose of this paper is to introduce the business philosophy and entrepreneurship of Mr. Wen-Wan Tang, who is the entrepreneur of Tuckmore Biotechnology Co. Ltd. The company is well known as the No.1 bio-venture success case in Tainan Science Park in Taiwan. Mr. Tang has his own business philosophy summarized as 'sincerity‘, business expertise’ and 'task management'. He focuses on 'putting into practice his own social responsibilities', such as the big helps to '72 Flood Disaster & Typhoon', '921 Tremor' in Taizhong within recent five years. He has also executed 'Zero Profit Goal' as well as developed new bio-health foods. Tuckmore, since Mr. Tang established in 2001, has performed three kinds of firm value: health, environmental safeguards and public interests. In summary, the entrepreneurship of Mr. Tang has shown as follows: ① he started up the bio enterprise(Tuckmore Co.,Ltd.) for the immunity from incurable diseases ② he has a born-global venture mind ③ he and Tuckmore's family has tried to do practise ' lots of good deeds'.
