인적자산투자가 생산성 향상에 미치는 영향-내생적 성장모형의 검증

본 연구에서는 우리나라 상장기업을 대상으로 인적자산투자(인건비와 교육훈련비)가 기업의 생산성 향상에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 경제학에 있어서의 내생적 성장모형을 분석모형으로 이용함으로써 인건비나 교육훈련비와 같은 인적자산투자와 기업의 생산성간의 관련성을 분석하였다. 실제 분석에 있어서는 인적자산투자와 관련된 변수에 따라 모형을 세 가지로 구분하여 분석함으로써 인적자산에 대한 투자 중 어떠한 투자가 생산성 향상에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보았다. 실증분석 결과 인적자산투자는 기업의 생산성 향상에 정(＋)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 본 연구의 가설은 지지되었다. 특히 인건비는 교육훈련투자보다 생산성 향상에 미치는 영향이 컸을 뿐만 아니라, 자본투자변수보다도 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 인적자산에 대해 연구한 선행연구들의 결과와 일맥상통하는 것으로서, 향후 우리나라 기업의 인사정책을 추진함에 있어 중요한 함의를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
>We empirically examine the impact of human resource expenditure(labor cost and education and training cost) on productivity growth in the KSE markets. Especially we have an empirical investigation on endogenous growth models. We also use three empirical models to test separate impact of labor cost and education and training cost on productivity growth.The empirical results show that human resource expenditure does have significant influence on firms productivity growth. Especially labor cost have more impact on productivity growth than education and training cost and capital. This results provide that most Korean firms' current human resource policy should be reconsidered.
