기업지배구조가 주식수익률에 미치는 영향

After the foreign exchange crisis, Korea introduced relevant advanced systems, and carried on reforms. This study uses the survey data of the Korea Corporate Governance Service which is established to support corporate governance improvement, and analyses connections with stock returns. The assumption of the study is that if a form's business corporate governance is good, then its stock return is also high. The results of this study are summarized as follows: First, the study result supports that business corporate governance has a positive relation and with stock return . Second, the study result is that among the items of corporate governance, business auditing and dividend are good, and their related stock returns are also high. It proves that the items of corporate governance in most connection with stock return are auditing and dividend. Third, the study result is that the business shareholder rights are good, but stock return is low . The reason isn't clear, so it has need to study. The business Corporate Governance that represents whole characteristic of business is useful data to judge the business value, and the evaluation result of this Corporate Governance is of help for the investor to make policy.
