農村 觀光 마을 地域住民의 葛藤 構造 硏究 (綠色 農村 體驗 마을을 중심으로)

To activate the rural tourism, the participation of the rural resident is and should be the key element. The rural resident should have a key role in seeking for the appreciation and cooperation of the stake holders concerned(rural resident, tourists, province authorities). The purpose of this paper is how to approach and settle these conflicts. Through the review of literatures, the relationship between the rural resident tourism and the sustainable one and the problem of conflicts caused by the execution of sustainable rural tourism has been covered. With the focus on the cause-and-effect relationship among the parties concerned, which is resulted from conducting in-depth interview and on-site survey with questionnaires on rural residents, the conclusions are as follows. First, The conflicts between residents in rural society and the province authorities, and the inter-community people were more fierce than the conflict between the community people and the tourist, the inter-province authorities. Second, to be specific, the conflicts between the community people and the tourists, and the province authorities re severe and greatly affected as the economic one increases. As the economic conflict between the community people and the tourists, and the province authorities increases, So does the socio-cultural one between the inter-community people. The conflicts between the community people and the province authorities, and the inter-community people heightens and accelerates with the economic one.
