디자인 경영과 디자인 지식재산권 보호 방안에 관한 연구- 디자인권리보호를 위한 통합법 제정 및 위원회 설치를 중심으로 -

Design activity role has expanded from its original beginnings and its function influences strategy and planning from overall production to product. The role of design is important, but with the developments of the information age also came the expansion of the practice of illegal copying, reproduction, joint ownership, and the imitation had grown. This studies approach importance of design in business management in the side of design management and design rights protection. Design is protected by design protection law and copyright law but we needs the unification methodology for manage the design right. I suggest the founding of a 'Design Rights Protection Committee' to enact 'Design Rights Protection Law'. The Committee would function to regulate design domain creation, design protection requisites, registration processes, and continuance periods. The purpose of this study is to research about how to protect design rights and execute design management. The development of a committee that would develop laws that would assign Intellectual Property Protection to design would be significant in the industry.
