Recently, the 'Electronic Registered Bond Act' has been established to utilize "Electronic Bond' in Japan. The primary purpose of the 'Electronic Registered Bond Act' is to solve the inherited problems regarding "Bill" or "credit sales bond". In case of the current system, especially Bill or credit sales bond, although it is necessary to enact such law or regulation to finance for small business, there is relatively little usage of the law due to legal problems. In Our nation, the world-class level of the IT technology has been well developed. In addition, there has been increasing necessity of making a full use of bill for small enterprises. Based on the aforementioned reasons, it is necessary to study Japanese Electronic Registered Bond Act to enrich our current knowledge on the law.

Abstract
